REaDy Mobile Max - Heavy Duty Construction and Capacity

Our REaDy Max Emergency and Disaster Mobile Supply Station is the perfect cabinet on wheels to securely store your emergency and disaster supplies.  With a capacity of 2800 lbs., it can store a large quantity of organized emergency supplies.  The cabinet comes standard with eight inch semi-pneumatic wheels. The wheels have a total locking brake system which locks the wheel and the race with the touch of your foot. Recessed handles are provided on both ends of the cart for easy handling, moving the cabinet into the location where it is needed the most.

DESCRIPTION: RED Mobile Emergency & Disaster Supply Cabinet with 1 adjustable and 1 fixed shelf on the interior of the cabinet. Shelf is adjustable on 1/2" increments. Cabinet comes with 2 Half Drawers and 6 deep storage drawers. The cabinet includes double locking doors/keys, recessed side handles, locking casters, and reflective signage.

UNITIZED FRAME: Cabinets are constructed with a fully welded unitized steel frame. The top frame is 1-1/4" x 1-1/4" x 1/8" angle 10-gauge steel, and the bottom frame is 1-1/4"x1-1/4"x1/8" angle 10-gauge steel. The steel uprights posts are 16 gauge, 1"x2" steel tubing. Top and bottom rails are 1"x2" 16 gauge steel tubing. The upper and lower frames are welded to four 1"x2"x16 gauge upright posts. All frame members are thoroughly cleaned, degreased and finalized with a phosphate bath for solid paint adhesion. Polyester/urethane powder coat paint applied and cured in 350 degree baking process.

FRAME STRENGTH: Unitized frame is capable of being moved by means of a forklift at the bottom of the frame, for ease in off-loading, moving, and storage.
EXTERIOR PANELS: Sides, tops and bottoms to be 3/4" particleboard core with a minimum industry rating of 47 lb. density. Meeting all FEMA Standards. Exterior panel to be provided with thermally fused melamine laminate.
INTERIOR PANELS: All interior panels provided with thermally fused melamine laminate. Cabinet interior is one continuous color-almond on all surfaces.
EDGES: All exposed edges are covered with 3MM PVC edge banding. PVC edge banding is guaranteed not to crack or shrink and is not affected by cleaning compounds or acids.
METAL SHELF: Full width and depth 18 gauge metal shelf with two full length 16 gauge hat channels. Shelf is powder coated almond. Additional shelf available at $60.00 each.
METAL STEEL K.V. RECESSED STANDARDS: Shelving is adjustable on 1/2" increments 2 per side, recessed K.V. Standard #255 and K.V. Metal Shelf Clip # 256.
PULL: Semi-recessed flush style,fabricated fom ABS black, plastic "four finger" pulls shall be used on all doors and drawers.
DOORS: Doors are manufactured with 3/4" thick, 47 pound density industrial grade particleboard with high-density plastic laminate on both sides. Doors are edged with 3MM PVC edge banding. Pulls shall be flush style, fabricated from ABS plastic.
DOOR LOCKS: Both cabinet doors shall have cam lock which locks into steel 1x2 front fascia frame. Cabinets can be keyed alike or keyed differently, and/or master keyed.
DOOR HINGES: Door hinges are class A, Overlay 1" x 3/4", 5-knuckle industrial, 270-degree swing. Hinge is screwed directly to the metal cabinet frame to allow doors to fold back against the cabinet sides.
RECESSED SIDE HANDLES: Recessed side handles are mounted on both ends of the cabinet.  The handles are attached to the two 1x2x16 gauge uprights, utilizing 1/4 diameter socket head cap screws. The handles folds flat against a backer plate 1/8" x 6" welded full depth of cabinet and completing the "All Welded Unitized Mobile Cabinet Frame" structure. Recessed side handle raises parallel to floor and locks for easy movement. Recessed side handle is 5/8" x 1-1/4" oval steel tubing; powder coated to match frame.
COLSON PERFORMA 8" CASTER: heavy duty 8" Colson Performa rubber wheel, 2" tread, with Delrin roller bearings. Minimum rating of 750 pounds each caster. Provided with four each swivel and two with total locking brake system.  (Tech Lock Brake). Four 3-3/4"x4-5/8"x .225 thick steel plates are continuously welded to outside corners of unitized steel frame and the removable casters are attached to corner caster plates using four 3/8" heavy duty, grade 8 bolts.
NAMEPLATE: Plastic cardholder 2" x 4-1/2" (card size) open two ends to access nameplate for building/room/company/name identification.
